About Zielda Zainuddin
Zielda Zainuddin is a Certified Total Rewards Professional (CTRP) and seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience across oil & gas, technology, corporate, and manufacturing sectors. Her career spans senior roles in organizations such as Hyundai Motor Malaysia, Digital Nasional Berhad, Hurricane Geo Inspection Services, and PETRONAS, where she has led HR strategy, total rewards, workforce transformation, and employee engagement at scale. She has acted as interim CHRO, spearheaded multimillion-ringgit optimization initiatives, and built HR frameworks that balance compliance, innovation, and human dignity.
But Zielda’s work is not defined only by titles or achievements, it is shaped by a philosophy of clarity and trust. She does not write to defend or to win arguments; she writes to explain. Her words are an invitation to see the structure, logic, and human reason behind decisions that often go unquestioned. For her, learning ends when conversations become contests of who is right. Her purpose is to open minds, not close them.
